It was first published in 1973 and the "Friends of the Library" group helped her republish in 1992, adding an index to this charming piece of Northwood history.

Northwood's own Roland V. Smith painted this beautiful watercolor in honor of the Chesley Memorial Library in 2010. He then gave us the rights to reproduce his image in order to assist in raising funds for the Library he still visits today.

Though it breaks our hearts to see books go, there are times when we have to rotate the books we have on our shelves.
